About Elijah Fisch


Undergoing a BFA in Music Composition at Concordia University, Elijah is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer, and teacher. He has spent most of his life based in Montreal, Quebec, a city known for its vibrant music scene. He has performed in myriad musical groups, most notably as part of the alternative acoustic rock group The JEM, who are responsible for the award-winning musical comedy Johnny Legdick: A Rock Opera. Elijah has composed music for animations, video games, and live action Escape Games, in a variety of styles.

Elijah's biggest passions are for music and games, in all forms, genres, and styles. He teaches bass, guitar, and composition at the Montreal Academy of Music, and works as Game Designer and Audio Lead at one of Montreal's most popular Escape The Room establishments, Question Games. His experience in game audio led to his role managing the sound team at OJam's Montreal game jam (MoJam 2018), where he created sounds and music for the first-prize-winning game The Great Mousecapade, a 2-player cooperative game about two lab mice escaping a research facility.
